Sportvoedingsdeskundige Henk-Jan Koershuis spreekt op Europees Congres Sports & Performance Nutrition 2015

Voor alweer het 5e jaar organiseert Bridge2Food het Sports & Performance Nutrition congres. Sportvoedingsdeskundige en mede eigenaar Henk-Jan Koershuis van SportvoedingWebshop.com zal een van de presentaties verzorgen op dit Internationale top congres. Sports & Performance Nutrition staat bekend als hét platform als het gaat om Sports and Performance Nutrition. De gehele Europese 'top van het bedrijfsleven' en vele andere deskundigen zijn aanwezig. Vanuit alle delen van Europa zullen deelnemers naar Amsterdam afreizen. Een tweedaags congres (11 en 12 juni 2015) dat bol staat van ontwikkelingen in deze bijzondere markt. Diverse internationale experts delen hun informatie. Henk-Jan zal zijn expertise delen op dit congres tijdens zijn presentatie: Benelux: Targeting the active sportsman Organisatie is in handen van Bride2Food dat bekend staat om haar Internationale Top Events. Zowel binnen als buiten Europa organiseert Bridge2Food al vele jaren events van het hoogste niveau. In de sportvoeding industrie is Henk-Jan Koershuis geen onbekende. Binnen de Nederlandse voetballerij kwam hij met een vernieuwend supplementen programma. Voor sc Heerenveen maakte hij het meest uitgebreide supplementen programma van de Nederlandse Eredivisie. Dat ging niet onopgemerkt voorbij. Daarop volgend voorzag hij AZ en Ajax van sportvoedingsadviezen. Binnen de schaatssport adviseerde hij de toenmalige Team Telfort ploeg, met schaatstoppers als Jan Bos, Gretha Smit en olympisch kampioenen Jochem Uytdehaage en Stefan Groothuis. Ook voor professional Enduro crosser Erwin Plekkenpol, het Honda Dakar team, Nederlandse toproeiers, en diverse pro-tour renners stelde Henk-Jan sportvoedingsadviezen op. Naast het begeleiden van topsporters deelde Henk-Jan zijn kennis; als columnist voor diverse magazines, waaronder Running magazine Run2Day en Mens Health. Vanuit zijn passie en expertise startte hij met SportvoedingWebshop.com. Inmiddels uitgegroeid tot de grootste Sportvoedingswinkel van de Benelux. Het bedrijf dat per jaar ongeveer 100.000 sporters voorziet van sportvoeding. Naast het bedrijf SportvoedingWebshop.com was hij mede-ontwikkelaar van het sportvoeding merk SportvoedingWebshop.com. Naast individuele sporters en teams geeft Henk-Jan ook met regelmaat lezingen voor bedrijven. Voor ING, Deutsche Bank, MN, PWC en vele andere bedrijven gaf Henk-Jan enthousiaste lezingen/workshops voor de medewerkers over gezonde voeding en het toewerken naar een sportprestatie. TRACK I & II

The rest of the program is split into two tracks: 'Business & Strategy' and 'Innovation & Research'. Most of the presentations of each track will have multiple presenters, each giving a short presentation with their insights on the topic and include an interactive discussion at the end. It is possible to switch freely between tracks I and II in between presentations as they will start at the same times.

Where is the growth and in which area: health driven or sport focused? Gaining consumer insights and managing customer needs is vital for developing the category. This track will focus on challenges and opportunities in retailing sports and performance nutrition. What are the latest research results and next breakthroughs? How to make new and better products with novel ingredients and technologies? How to deal with technical challenges to achieve tastier and more appealing products?
